Ingredients

  • Indrayani Rice - 5Kg
  • Nori sheets - 100
  • Rice Vinegar - 500 ml
  • Southwest sauce - 1Kg
  • Paneer - 3 Kg
  • Carrot - 2 Kg
  • Pudina - 8 big
  • Chillies - 100 gms
  • Kothmbir - 2 Big
  • Cornflour - 250 gms
  • Tamrind - 500 gms
  • Chillies - 100 gms
  • Chutney chana - 500 gms
  • Haldi, Sugar, Chilli powder

Preparation

  • First step is to prepare Pudina chutney. For this, grind chutney chana, tamrind, pudina, kothmbir, salt and sugar with little water
  • Cut Paneer into small pieces and mix haldi, chilli powder, salt.
  • Mix cornflour so that paneer pieces become dry, then fry
  • Cook carrot in long pieces
  • Soak rice in water
  • Add sugar, salt to water and cook rice. Rice should become sticky, add vinegar.
  • Spread rice on one half of the nori sheet ( on rough side ). Add pudina chutney. Add carrot, paneer. Add southwest sauce and roll sheet
  • Cut into 4 circular pieces
