Mac and Cheese Pasta

Ingredients

• Onion - 2Kg
• Corn - 3 Kg
• Capsicum - 4 Kg (mix red + green + yellow)
• Carrot - 3 Kg
• Cheese - 2 Kg
• Butter - 1.5 Kg
• Cornflour - 100 gms
• Milk - 2 Lt
• Cream - 1 Kg
• Oregano - 50 gms

Preparation

• Heat oil in a vessel
• Add butter
• Add onion and saute
• After onions turn translucent, add carrots and let it cook
• After carrots are 80% cooked, add salt more butter
• Add raw macaroni and saute
• After macaroni is sauted with butter and heated for some time, add water to cook macaroni
• Add milk and fresh cream
• Add oregano and mix
• Add capsicum and mix
• After macaroni is 80% cooked, add cheese and mix
