Ingredients

  • Potato - 7 Kg
  • Onion - 2.5 Kg
  • Green peas - 2 Kg
  • Bread - 7 Big Packets
  • Green chilly - 100 gms
  • Jeera powder - 50 gms
  • Dhaniya powder - 100 gms
  • Jeera - 50 gms
  • Ginger - 100 gms
  • Corriander - 1 Big
  • Cornflour - 500 gms
  • Haldi powder, chilli powder, salt, oil

Preparation

  • Boil Potatoes
  • In a vessel, heat oil and add jeera
  • Then add ginger and chillies
  • Saute and then add onion
  • Add haldi, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, chilli powder and mix
  • Then add green peas mix till green peas are cooked
  • Add potatoes and mix
  • For roll, add cornflour, salt and chilli powder to water and make slurry
  • Take bread and dip in slurry and squeeze out water
  • Then make balls of above bhaji and place on bread and cover making it into a roll. Keep pressing from sides till the bhaji is covered and roll looks solid
  • Let the roll dry for some time
  • Then heat oil in vessel and add above roll and fry. Oil should be hot so that the roll does not absorb lot of oil and fries quickly
