Ingredients

  • Atta - 5 Kg
  • Besan - 2 Kg
  • Ajwain - 50 gms
  • Oil, little chilli powder, haldi

Preparation

  • Mix atta, besan, ajwain, salt, little chilli powder and haldi.
  • Add water and keep mixing to make firm dough
  • Add oil and knead till smooth
  • Divide into small balls and roll out into 3-4 inch round using oiled board
  • Fry
