  • Tur dal - 3 Kg
  • Masoor dal - 2 Kg
  • Moong dal - 2 Kg
  • Chana dal - 1 Kg
  • Potato - 4 Kg
  • Red Pumpkin - 4 Kg
  • Doodhi - 3 Kg
  • Tomato - 1 Kg

  • Dhansak Masala - 200 gms
  • Methi - 2 big
  • Kasuri methi - 200 gms
  • Garlic - 200 gms

Preparation

  • Grind garlic, ginger and red chillies to paste.
  • In another vessel mix tur dal, masoor dal, chana dal and moong dal.
  • Add potato, red pumpkin, doodhi, tomato puree, danger, methi
  • Mix turmeric, salt and cook
  • Over cook so that all vegetables and dal can be mashed.
  • Add chilli powder, dhansak masala, kasuri methi and mix
