Ingredients

  • Basmati Rice - 8 Kg
  • Coconut Milk - 11 Lt
  • Ginger - 150 gm
  • Garlic - 200 gm
  • Broccoli - 3 Kg
  • Baby corn - 2 Kg
  • Capsicum green - 4 Kg
  • Capsicum yellow + red - 3 Kg
  • Onion - 2 Kg
  • Kothmir - 6 pieces
  • Dhaniya - 100 gm
  • Jeera - 100 gm
  • Mirchi - 200 gm
  • Kaffir lime leaf - 50
  • Lemon grass - 500 gm
  • White corn flour - 300 gm 
  • Lavang - 10 gm
  • Salt, Sugar

Preparation

  • Roast dhaniya, jeera and lavang
  • Grind above roasted mixture
  • Add chillies, lemon grass, garlic, ginger, onion, kaffir lime leaf, salt and grind to paste with little water
  • In another vessel, add oil
  • Saute garlic, lemon grass
  • Add broccoli, baby corn and saute
  • After a few mins add all 3 types of capsicum and saute
  • Add grinded paste and mix
  • Add coconut milk, salt, sugar and mix
  • Mix cornflour and water to create slurry and then add to above mixture
  • Add water if needed and adjust consistency
