Tofu Gotala + Pav

Ingredients

• Capsicum - 6 kg
• Palak - 6 kg
• Tomato - 6 kg
• Spring onion - 3 kg
• Green garlic - 1 kg
• Tofu - 5 kg
• Dhaniya powder - 200 gms
• Jeera powder - 100 gms
• Garlic - 250 gms
• Cheese - 1 Kg
• Kothmbir - 2 big
• Pav big fresh - 200

Preparation

• Boil palak, remove water and grind to paste
• Grind green garlic, spring onion coarsely 
• Heat oil with butter, add capsicum and saute
• Add green garlic, spring onion, kothmbir and cook
• Add tomato puree and cook
• Add salt, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, chilli powder and mix
• Mash tofu and mix
• Add cheese and mix
