- Basmati Rice - 8 Kg
- Coconut Big - 14
- Urad Dal - 0.5 Kg
- Shengana - 2 Kg
- Kaju - 750 gms
- Rai - 100 gms
- Hing - 100 gms
- Madras Mirchi - 100 gms
- Ghee - 1 Kg
- Kadipatta - lots
- Chutney chana - 1 Kg
- Green chillies - 300 gms
- Garlic - 200 gms
Preparation
- Heat oil + ghee, add rai and wait till it splutters
- Add urad dal and saute
- Add hing, kadipatta, madras mirchi and saute
- Add shengana, kaju and saute
- Add grated coconute and saute
- Add rice and mix
- For chutney, grind chutney chana, green chillies and garlic with water to paste.
