Ingredients

  • Aloo - 12 Kg 
  • Tomato - 6 Kg
  • Carrot - 5 Kg 
  • Green Peas - 3 Kg 
  • Besan - 0.5 Kg
  • Garam Masala - 100 gms
  • Dhaniya powder - 200 gms
  • Jeera - 100 gms
  • Ginger - 200 gms
  • Garlic - 200 gms
  • Green chillies - 100 gms
  • Aamchur powder - 100 gms
  • Kasuri Methi - 200 gms
  • Sarson ka tel - 1 Lt
  • Kothmbir - 1 big

Preparation

  • Heat oil and wait till it releases fumes
  • Add jeera and saute
  • Add ginger, garlic, green chillies and saute
  • Add Tomato and cook
  • Add salt, haldi, dhaniya powder, garam masala, red chilly powder and cook
  • Keep adding besan in small quantities and cook
  • Add carrot, potato and let it cook
  • After potatoes are 75% cooked, add green peas and cook
  • Add kasuri methi and mix
  • Add aamchur powder and mix
  • Add kothmbir and mix
