Ingredients

  • Moong Dal - 8 Kg
  • Haldi - 100 gms
  • Ginger paste - 200 gms
  • Green chilli paste - 200gms
  • Red chilli powder - 100gms
  • Coriander powder - 100gms
  • Amchur powder - 100gms

Preparation

  • Soak moong dal in water for 2 hours
  • Boil soaked moong dal along with haldi, ginger paste, green chilli paste, salt
  • Blend it to make a smooth consistency
  • Dry sprinkle red chilly powder, coriander powder, amchur powder over dal and then add hot ghee on top of the mix masala powder.
  • Serve with puri
