Ingredients
- Moong Dal - 8 Kg
- Haldi - 100 gms
- Ginger paste - 200 gms
- Green chilli paste - 200gms
- Red chilli powder - 100gms
- Coriander powder - 100gms
- Amchur powder - 100gms
Preparation
- Soak moong dal in water for 2 hours
- Boil soaked moong dal along with haldi, ginger paste, green chilli paste, salt
- Blend it to make a smooth consistency
- Dry sprinkle red chilly powder, coriander powder, amchur powder over dal and then add hot ghee on top of the mix masala powder.
- Serve with puri
