Ingredients

  • Green Moong - 8 Kg
  • Tomato - 3 Kg
  • Jeera - 150 gms
  • Dhaniya jeera powder - 200 gms
  • Chilli Powder - 100 gms
  • Ghee - 1 Kg
  • Rai - 200 gms

Preparation

  • Soak green moong in water overnight
  • Boil moong
  • Add ginger chili paste and mix
  • Add tomato puree and mix
  • Add haldi, chilli powder, dhaniya jeera powder and mix
  • Add salt and mix
