- Soya granules - 5 Kg
- Tomato - 5 Kg
- Onion - 4 Kg
- Green peas - 2 Kg
- Dalchini - 100 gms
- Badi Elaichi - 50 gms
- Green chillies - 200 gms
- Kasuri Methi - 100 gms
- Garam Masala - 100 gms
- Dhaniya Powder - 200 gms
- Jeera powder - 100 gms
- Butter - 2 Kg
- Curd - 1 Kg
- Mirchi Powder - 100 gms
- Tejpatta - few
- Cream - 0.5 Kg
- Ginger - 250 gms
- Garlic - 250 gms
- Hot and sweet tomato sauce - 2 Lt

Preparation
- Soak soya granules in salt water for 1 hour and squeeze out water
- Heat oil in a vessel and add dalchini, tejpatta, badi elaichi
- Add ginger, garlic, green chillies paste and saute
- Add onions and saute till brownish
- Add haldi, jeera powder, dhaniya powder and mix
- Add tomato puree and cook
- Add mirchi powder, garam masala, butter and cook
- Add dahi and mix
- Add soya granules and mix
- Add cream and mix
- Add kasuri methi and mix
- Add tomato ketchup and mix
