Ingredients
- Green + Red chillies - 400 gms
- Vinegar - 200 ml
- Potato - 10 Kg
- Soya chunks - 0.5 Kg
- Onion - 3 Kg
- Tomato - 3 Kg
- Garlic - 250 gms
- Ginger - 250 gms
- Tomato Ketchup - 2.5 Kg
- Black Pepper - 200 gms
- Aamchur powder - 100 gms
- Jeera - 100 gms
- Corriander seeds - 200 gms
- Hing - 50 gms
- Degi Mirch powder - 200 gms
- Mayonese - 1 Kg
- Corn - 650 gms
- Peas - 2 Kg
- Dhaniya - 1 Big
Preparation
- Soak green + red chillies in vinegar
- Boil potatoes, soya chunks
- Heat jeera, black pepper, coriander seeds and saute till roasted
- Grind to powder
- In a vessel, heat oil, add hing and saute
- Add garlic, ginger and green chillies and saute
- Add tomato puree and cook
- Add above powder, haldi, degi mirch powder and mix
- Add soya chunks and mix
- Add potato and mix
- Add mayonese, tomato ketchup, aamchur powder and mix
- Add cooked corn, peas and mix
- Add dhaniya and mix
- Heat tortilla wrap
- Add above bhaji, chillies in vinegar and wrap in butter paper
