Ingredients
- Mayo - 2 Kg
- Butter - 1 Kg
- Cabbage - 3 kg
- Carrot - 3 Kg
- Capsicum - 2 Kg
- Mushroom - 2 Kg
- American Corn - 3 Kg
- Black Pepper - 100 gms
- Bread - 200 slice
- Hot & Sweet Tomato sauce - 250 gms
Preparation
- Slice cabbage, simla mirch and grate carrots finely
- Squeeze water out of the mix
- Add mayonnaise to the mix along with black pepper
- Boil corn and mix with above
- Saute mushrooms in butter and mix with above
- Take brown bread, fill it with the mix
- Toast/Grill sandwiches as per wish
