Ingredients
- Atta - 5 Kg
- Rava - 0.5 Kg
- Ajwain - 50 gms
- Jeera - 50 gms
- Jaada Daliya - 6 Kg
- Gud powder - 6 Kg
- Ghee - 1 Kg
- Kaju tukda - 500 gms
- Badam tukda - 500 gms
- Elaichi powder - 10 gms
Preparation
- Mix atta, bareek rawa, ajwain, jeera, chilli powder, salt, water and make dough.
- Make small balls, flatten and fry
- Heat ghee, saute kaju, badam and keep aside
- Add daliya and saute
- Add 3x water and cook
- When daliya is cooked, add jaggery powder, elaichi powder and mix
- Add kaju, badam and mix
