Ingredients

  • Atta - 5 Kg
  • Rava - 0.5 Kg
  • Ajwain - 50 gms
  • Jeera - 50 gms
  • Jaada Daliya - 6 Kg
  • Gud powder - 6 Kg
  • Ghee - 1 Kg
  • Kaju tukda - 500 gms
  • Badam tukda - 500 gms
  • Elaichi powder - 10 gms

Preparation

  • Mix atta, bareek rawa, ajwain, jeera, chilli powder, salt, water and make dough.
  • Make small balls, flatten and fry
  • Heat ghee, saute kaju, badam and keep aside
  • Add daliya and saute
  • Add 3x water and cook
  • When daliya is cooked, add jaggery powder, elaichi powder and mix
  • Add kaju, badam and mix
