Ingredients

  • Penne Pasta - 8 Kg
  • Spinach - 16 Big
  • Onion - 3 Kg
  • Milk - 10 Lt
  • Cream - 4 Lt
  • Cheese - 2 Kg
  • Butter - 1 Kg
  • Maida - 100 gms
  • Garlic - 200 gms
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 50 gms
  • Oregano - 50 gms
  • Chilli flakes - 50 gms
  • Pepper powder - 100 gms
  • Salt, Oil 
  • Ghee - 4 Kg
  • Atta - 4 Kg
  • Badam - 750 gms
  • Jaggery powder - 3 Kg

Preparation

  • Boil water, add salt, oil and pasta
  • Cook pasta till al dente. 
  • In another vessel, add butter and heat
  • Add garlic and saute
  • Add onion and saute
  • Add maida slowly and keep stirring so that there are no lumps
  • Add milk and continue stirring
  • Add ginger garlic paste 
  • Add spinach and cook
  • Add salt, oregano, pepper powder, chilli flakes and mix
  • Add cream and mix
  • Add pasta and mix and finally add cheese

Sukhdi

  • Heat ghee
  • Add atta slowly and keep roasting
  • Add jaggery powder and mix
  • Spread on plate
  • Cool and cut into pieces
