  • Pudina Mayo - 2 Kg
  • Carrot - 5 Kg
  • Capsicum - 3 Kg
  • Onion - 4 Kg
  • Cabbage - 2 Kg
  • Curd - 4 Kg
  • Tomato Sauce - 1 Kg
  • Mustard Sauce - 500 gm
  • Red Chilli Sauce - 1 Kg
  • Haldi - 250 gm
  • Chilli Powder - 500 gm
  • Oregano - 500 gm
  • Aamchur powder - 250 gm
  • Corriander powder - 250 gm
  • Garam Masala - 150 gm
  • Kasuri Methi - 100 gm
  • Pepper - 100 gm
  • Lemon - 5
  • Flax seed powder - 200 gm
  • Besan - 500 gm
  • Chat powder - 500 gm
  • Green chilly - 500 gm
  • Garlic - 250 gm
  • Ginger - 500 gm

Preparation

  • Mix curd, haldi, besan, green chilly, garlic, ginger, chat powder, pepper, kasuri menthi, aamchur powder, garam masala, flax seed powder and corriander powder, rest for some time
  • Add paneer cubes and mix
  • Grate cabbage, carrot, capsicum and mix with mayo, mustard sauce, red chilli sauce and lemon
  • Add layer of above paneer and carrot, cabbage mix and roll in chapati
