Ingredients

  • Chawli - 4 kg
  • Black chana -  4 kg
  • Chole - 3 kg
  • Green Moong - 1 Kg
  • Potato - 4 kg
  • Onion - 3 kg
  • Corn - 2 kg
  • Geen Peas - 2 kg
  • Tomato - 2 kg
  • Red chilli sauce - 1 Lt
  • Tamarind chutney - 500 ml
  • Ready corn bhel - 1 kg
  • Puri - 1 kg
  • Ginger - 100 gms
  • Coconut - 2.5 

Preparation

  • Soak chawli, black chana, green moong and chole for 3 - 4 hours
  • Boil them separately. 
  • Remove water from sprouts
  • Saute ginger and mix sprouts
  • Mix with onion, corn, tomato, tamrind chutney, red chilli sauce, green peas, coconut and corn bhel
  • Add puri and serve
