Ingredients
- Mushroom - 8 Kg
- Potatoes - 4 Kg
- Tomatoes - 4 Kg
- Onion - 4 Kg
- Green Peas - 2 Kg
- Kasuri Methi - 250 gms
- Ginger - 250 gms
- Garlic - 200 gms
- Jeera - 200 gms
- Green chillies - 200 gms
- Dalchini - 50 gms
- Pepper Powder - 100 gms
- Dhaniya Powder - 200 gms
- Curd - 4 Kg
- Butter - 1 Kg
- Cashew - 500 gms
- Corriander - 1 big
Preparation
- Grind cashew into paste
- Mix curd, chilli powder masala, haldi, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, kasuri methi and little salt
- Add mushrooms and mix and let it marinate for 30 mins
- Heat oil, and fry baby potatoes till cooked
- In another vessel, heat oil, add onions and saute till brown
- Add jeera, dalchini, ginger, garlic, chillies and saute
- Add tomatoes and saute
- Add jeera powder, dhaniya powder, mirchi powder and mix
- Add some water and cook
- Add butter
- Add green peas and cook
- Add mushroom, baby potatoes and cook
- Add corriander and mix
