- Atta - 5.5 Kg

- Bareek Rava - 200 gms
- Milk - 1 Lt
- Carrot - 3 Kg
- Onion - 5 Kg
- Tomato - 4 Kg
- Turnip - 3 Kg
- Potato - 3 Kg
- Green Peas - 2 Kg
- Chutney Chana - 1 Kg

- Jeera - 100 gms
- Dalchini - 100 gms
- Elaichi - 10 gms
- Cloves - 20 gms
- Kothmbir - 1 Big
- Pudina - 1 Big
- Green Chillies - 200 gms
- Ginger - 200 gms
- Rai - 100 gms
Preparation
- Grind jeera, elaichi, cloves, green chillies, ginger, coconut, chutney chana, kothmbir, pudina to paste
- In a vessel, heat oil, add rai and wait till splutter
- Add onions and saute
- Add tomato and saute
- Add partial paste and mix
- Add water and put carrot, turnip, potato and cook
- Add remaining paste and cook
- Add green peas and cook
- Bring to boil
- For poori atta, mix atta, maida, bareek rawa, milk, salt, water and make dough. Make small balls, flatten and fry
