Ingredients

  • Basmati Rice - 10 kg
  • Coriander - 10
  • Adrak - 400 gm
  • Garlic - 750 gm
  • Green chillies - 500 gm
  • Dhaniya powder - 200 gm
  • Chilly powder - 200 gm
  • Haldi - 200 gm
  • Green Peas - 3 kg
  • Ghee - 1 Kg
  • Curd - 7 Kg
  • Cucumber - 6 Kg

Preparation

  • Soak rice in water for 1 hour
  • Boil water, add salt and then add rice, when cooked drain water and keep aside
  • Grind garlic, corriander, green chillies, adrak into a paste
  • Heat oil and saute above paste
  • Add corriander powder, chilly powder, haldi, salt and mix
  • Add green peas and cook
  • Add rice, ghee and mix
  • For raita, grate cucubmber and mix with curd
  • Add green chilliy, corriander, salt and mix
