Ingredients
- Basmati Rice - 10 kg
- Coriander - 10
- Adrak - 400 gm
- Garlic - 750 gm
- Green chillies - 500 gm
- Dhaniya powder - 200 gm
- Chilly powder - 200 gm
- Haldi - 200 gm
- Green Peas - 3 kg
- Ghee - 1 Kg
- Curd - 7 Kg
- Cucumber - 6 Kg
Preparation
- Soak rice in water for 1 hour
- Boil water, add salt and then add rice, when cooked drain water and keep aside
- Grind garlic, corriander, green chillies, adrak into a paste
- Heat oil and saute above paste
- Add corriander powder, chilly powder, haldi, salt and mix
- Add green peas and cook
- Add rice, ghee and mix
- For raita, grate cucubmber and mix with curd
- Add green chilliy, corriander, salt and mix
