- Kasuri Methi - 100 gms
- Chillies - 300 gms
- Methi seeds - 100 gms

Preparation
- Boil Potatoes
- Boil soya with salt
- Heat mustard oil, add rai and wait till splutter
- Add methi seeds, jeera and saute
- Add onions and saute till light brown
- Add turmeric, salt, chilli powder and mix
- Add tomatoes and mix
- Add soya and cook
- Add mushroom and saute
- Add kasuri methi and mix
- Switch off gas, add potatoes, pepper powder, aamchur powder, green chillies, kothmbir and mix
- Add curd and mix
