Ingredients
- 8 Kg Penne Pasta
- 1.5 kg Maida
- 100 gms chilli Powder
- 1 Kg Amul Butter
- 1 Kg Mozarella cheese
- 4 x 35 gms Mixed Herbs
- 5 x 35 gms Chilli flakes
- 200 gms Garlic Paste
- 12 Lt Milk
- 8 Kg Tomatoes
- 3 Kg Onion
- 1 Kg Tomato Ketchup
- Salt, Oil, Sugar
Preparation
White Sauce
- Heat 750 gms Butter and oil
- Add garlic paste and maida and mix
- Add Milk and keep stirring continuously till there are no lumps
- Add Salt, chilli powder, mixer herbs (2x), chilli flakes(2x) and little sugar
Red Sauce
- Make puree with tomatoes
- Heat 250 gms butter and oil
- Add Onion and saute
- Add tomato puree and garlic paste
- Add Tomato Ketchup and stir
- Add chilli powder, mixer herbs (2x), chilli flakes(3x) and little sugar
Pasta
- Heat water, add salt and oil and let it boil
- Once water boils, add pasta and heat till al dente.
- Remove Pasta and put cold water and move to another container. Add some oil to pasta to avoid stickiness
- Mix white sauce and red sauce and heat
- Add Pasta and mix
- Grate cheese and mix
