Ingredients

  • Mushroom - 8 Kg
  • Baby potatoes - 4 Kg
  • Tomatoes - 4 Kg
  • Onion - 4 Kg
  • Green Peas - 2 Kg
  • Kasuri Methi - 250 gms
  • Ginger - 250 gms
  • Garlic - 200 gms
  • Jeera - 200 gms
  • Green chillies - 200 gms
  • Dalchini - 50 gms
  • Pepper Powder - 100 gms
  • Dhaniya Powder - 200 gms
  • Curd - 4 Kg
  • Butter - 1 Kg
  • Cashew - 500 gms
  • Corriander - 1 big

Preparation

  • Grind cashew into paste
  • Mix curd, chilli powder masala, haldi, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, kasuri methi and little salt
  • Add mushrooms and mix and let it marinate for 30 mins
  • Heat oil, and fry baby potatoes till cooked
  • In another vessel, heat oil, add onions and saute till brown
  • Add jeera, dalchini, ginger, garlic, chillies and saute
  • Add tomatoes and saute
  • Add jeera powder, dhaniya powder, mirchi powder and mix
  • Add some water and cook
  • Add butter
  • Add green peas and cook 
  • Add mushroom, baby potatoes and cook
  • Add corriander and mix
