Ingredients

  • Karela - 12 Kg
  • Onion -  4 Kg
  • Tomato - 3 Kg
  • Jaggery - 1 Kg
  • Aamchur powder - 100 gms
  • Mirchi Powder - 100 gms
  • Lemon - 10 big
  • Ginger - 200 gms
  • Green chillies - 100 gms
  • Corriander - 1 big
  • Rai - 100 gms
  • Kalonji - 100 gms
  • Curd - 12 Kg
  • Sugar - 7 Kg

Preparation

Karela Sabzi

  • Cut karela into small pieces. Remove seed
  • Add some salt, haldi, lemon and keep aside
  • Heat oil in vessel
  • Add rai and wait till splutter
  • Add kalonji, green chillies, ginger and saute
  • Add onions and saute
  • Add haldi and mix
  • Add tomato and saute
  • Add salt, mirchi powder and mix
  • Add karela and mix
  • Add jaggery and mix
  • Add aamchur powder and mix
  • Add corriander and mix

Double Meetha Pani

  • Mix curd, sugar and water
  • Mix in blender till fully mixed and frothy
