- Karela - 12 Kg
- Onion - 4 Kg
- Tomato - 3 Kg
- Jaggery - 1 Kg
- Aamchur powder - 100 gms
- Mirchi Powder - 100 gms
- Lemon - 10 big
- Ginger - 200 gms
- Green chillies - 100 gms
- Corriander - 1 big
- Rai - 100 gms
- Kalonji - 100 gms
- Curd - 12 Kg
- Sugar - 7 Kg
Preparation
Karela Sabzi
- Cut karela into small pieces. Remove seed
- Add some salt, haldi, lemon and keep aside
- Heat oil in vessel
- Add rai and wait till splutter
- Add kalonji, green chillies, ginger and saute
- Add onions and saute
- Add haldi and mix
- Add tomato and saute
- Add salt, mirchi powder and mix
- Add karela and mix
- Add jaggery and mix
- Add aamchur powder and mix
- Add corriander and mix
Double Meetha Pani
- Mix curd, sugar and water
- Mix in blender till fully mixed and frothy
