Ingredients
- Green Peas - 4 Kg
- Potatoes - 10 Kg
- Breadcrumb - 2 Kg
- Chaat Masala - 200 gms
- Jeera - 200 gms
- Dhaniya powder - 250 gms
- Corriander - 4 Big
- Pudina - 3 big
- Green chilli - 500 gms
- Shengana - 1 Kg
- Chutney chana - 1 Kg
- Tamrind - 700 gms
- Rava - 1 Kg
- Aamchur - 200 gms
Preparation
- Boil potatoes, green peas and mash
- Add salt, chaat masala, dhaniya powder, jeera, aamchur powder, corriander and mix
- Add breadcrumbs and mix
- In the ring mould, add mashed potatoes, ensure edges of the mould are well covered and thick
- Remove mould and shallow fry in ghee and oil on a low flame
- For chutney, grind green chillies, ginger, corriander, pudina, chutney chana, shengana, tamrind, salt and little sugar along with water.
