Ingredients

  • Green Peas - 4 Kg
  • Potatoes - 10 Kg
  • Breadcrumb - 2 Kg
  • Chaat Masala - 200 gms
  • Jeera - 200 gms
  • Dhaniya powder - 250 gms
  • Corriander - 4 Big
  • Pudina - 3 big
  • Green chilli - 500 gms
  • Shengana - 1 Kg
  • Chutney chana - 1 Kg
  • Tamrind - 700 gms
  • Rava - 1 Kg
  • Aamchur - 200 gms

Preparation

  • Boil potatoes, green peas and mash
  • Add salt, chaat masala, dhaniya powder, jeera, aamchur powder, corriander and mix
  • Add breadcrumbs and mix
  • In the ring mould, add mashed potatoes, ensure edges of the mould are well covered and thick
  • Remove mould and shallow fry in ghee and oil on a low flame
  • For chutney, grind green chillies, ginger, corriander, pudina, chutney chana, shengana, tamrind, salt and little sugar along with water.
