Ingredients
- Maida - 4 kg
- Curd - 5 Kg
- Coconut - 10 ( 4 for bajii + 6 for chutney )
- Baking Soda - 60 gms
- Green Chillies - 250 gms
- Ginger - 200 gms
- Corriander - 3 Big
- Pudina - 2 Big
- Hing - 50 gms
- Kadipatta - few
- Jeera - 200 gms
- Chutney Chana - 300 gms
- Shengana - 250 gms
- Tamrind - 500 gms
Preparation
- Mix maida, green chillies, soda, corriander, hing, kadipatta, coconut, salt and little sugar
- Keep adding curd as needed and keep mixing
- Keep beating for some time, consistency should be semi solid
- Keep aside for 2 hours
- Make small balls and fry
- For chutney, grind green chillies, coconut, ginger, corriander, pudina, chutney chana, shengana, tamrind, salt and little sugar along with water.
