Ingredients

  • Atta - 7 Kg
  • Mushroom - 10 Kg
  • Potato - 6 Kg
  • Onion - 4 Kg
  • Tomatoes - 4 Kg
  • Kasuri Methi - 250 gms
  • Garlic - 250 gms
  • Ginger - 200 gms
  • Jeera - 200 gms
  • Green chillies - 200 gms
  • Dalchini - 50 gms
  • Pepper powder - 100 gms
  • Garam masala - 50 gms
  • Chilli powder - 100 gms
  • Cloves - few
  • Corriander Powder - 200 gms
  • Curd - 4 Kg
  • Corriander - 1

Preparation

Mushroom Masala

  • Mix curd, garam masala, pepper powder, little chilli powder, kasuri methi, and salt
  • Mix mushrooms and marinate
  • In another vessel, heat oil, add dalchini, cloves, jeera, ginger, garlic, chillies and saute 
  • Add onions and saute
  • Add haldi, corriander powder and mix
  • Add tomatoes and saute
  • Add chilli powder and mix
  • Add salt, little sugar and mix
  • Add water as needed and cook
  • Add kasuri methi and mix
  • Add mushroom and cook for 5-10 mins
  • Add corriander and mix

Poori

  • Mix atta and salt 
  • Add water and knead
  • Add oil and knead
  • The dough must be a little harder than normal
  • Make small balls and roll out into 3 inch round using little oil
  • Fry
