- Garlic - 250 gms
- Ginger - 200 gms
- Jeera - 200 gms
- Green chillies - 200 gms
- Dalchini - 50 gms
- Pepper powder - 100 gms
- Garam masala - 50 gms
- Chilli powder - 100 gms
- Cloves - few
- Corriander Powder - 200 gms
- Curd - 4 Kg
- Corriander - 1
Preparation
Mushroom Masala
- Mix curd, garam masala, pepper powder, little chilli powder, kasuri methi, and salt
- Mix mushrooms and marinate
- In another vessel, heat oil, add dalchini, cloves, jeera, ginger, garlic, chillies and saute
- Add onions and saute
- Add haldi, corriander powder and mix
- Add tomatoes and saute
- Add chilli powder and mix
- Add salt, little sugar and mix
- Add water as needed and cook
- Add kasuri methi and mix
- Add mushroom and cook for 5-10 mins
- Add corriander and mix
Poori
- Mix atta and salt
- Add water and knead
- Add oil and knead
- The dough must be a little harder than normal
- Make small balls and roll out into 3 inch round using little oil
- Fry
