Ingredients
- Tamrind - 1 Kg
- Jaggery - 2 Kg
- Milk - 15 Lt ( 11 (thandai) + 4 (dahi vada) )
- Curd - 4.5 Kg
- Bread - 10 packets
- Sehzuan Chutney
- Shengana - 0.5 Kg
- Chutney chana - 750 gms
- Chillies - 100 gms
- Kothmbir - 3 Big
- Ginger - 200 gms
Preparation
- Soak tamrind in warm water for 10-20 mins
- Grind the tamrind and water mixture and filter out the pulp
- Mix tamrind extract with jaggery and grind to slightly thick paste
- In another vessel, mix curd and sechzuan chutney
- Grind shengana, chutney chana, chillies, kothmbir, ginger, little tamrind, sugar, salt with little water to make green chutney
- Dip bread in milk and squeeze it to make a ball
- On this ball put tamrind paste, curd and chutney
