- Onion - 3 Kg
- Tomatoes - 3 Kg

- Jowar - 1.5 Kg
- Rice - 2 Kg
- Jeera - 200 gms
- Ghee - 0.5 Kg
- Jeera Powder - 100 gms
- Dhaniya powder - 100 gms
- Garam Masala - 150 gms
- Ginger - 250 gms
- Green Chilly - 200 gms
- Kothmbir - 1 Big
- Hing - 50 gms
- Bedgi Mirchi - 100 gms

Preparation
- Soak jowar, bajra for 12 hours, rice and moong dal for 1 hour in water
- Cook jowar, bajra adding 3x water and salt
- After cooking for 1.5 hours add moong dal and rice
- Add carrot and cook
- Add brocoli, mutter and cook
- In another vessel, heat ghee and oil
- Add rai, jeera, tejpatta, bedgi mirchi, hing and saute
- Add ginger, chilli paster and saute
- Add onions and saute
- Add haldi powder, tomatoes, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala and cook
- Add to khichdi and mix
