  • Tofu - 18 Kg ( 12 hard + 6 soft )
  • Tofu Curd - 2 Kg
  • Tomato - 4 Kg
  • Capsicum - 3 Kg
  • Yellow capsicum - 2 Kg 
  • Onions - 4 Kg
  • Kasoori Methi - 200 gms
  • Jeera powder - 100 gms
  • Corriander powder - 200 gms
  • Jeera - 100 gms
  • Soanp - 50 gms
  • Garlic - 200 gms
  • Ginger - 200 gms
  • Green chillies - 100 gms
  • Kothmbir - 1 small
  • Kaju - 250 gms
  • Haldi - 100 gms
  • Rai - 100 gms
  • Aamchur powder - 200 gms
  • Kasoori Methi - 100 gms

Preparation

  • Mash tofu
  • Grind soft tofu and cashew to paste
  • Mash chillies, garlic, ginger, kothmbir
  • Heat oil, add rai and wait till it splutters
  • Add jeera, soanp and saute
  • Add mashed chillies, garlic, ginger and saute
  • Add onion and saute till onion turns translucent
  • Add haldi and mix
  • Add tomatoes and saute
  • Add tofu curd and mix
  • Add salt, jeera powder, corriander powder, chilli powder and mix
  • Add cashew paste and mix
  • Add butter and mix
  • Add tofu and mix
  • Add aamchur powder, kasoori methi and mix
