- Matar - 14 Kg
- Potato - 8 Kg

- Tomato - 5 Kg
- Kasuri Methi - 200 gms
- Dhaniya powder - 200 gms
- Jeera - 150 gms
- Ginger - 300 gms
- Green chillies - 200 gms
- Kothmbir - 1 Big
- Aamchur powder - 50 gms
- Sarson ka Tel - 3 Lt
Preparation
- Cut potato to small pieces and fry
- Grind 10 Kg matar to paste
- Heat oil, saute grinded matar, cook till matar releases oil and keep aside
- Heat oil, add jeera and saute
- Add ginger + green chillies paste + kothmbir and saute
- Add onion and saute
- Add tomato and cook
- Add salt, haldi, hing, dhaniya powder and mix
- Add fried potatoes and mix
- Add grinded matar and cook
- Add water as needed and cook
- Add chilli powder, aamchur powder and cook
- Add remaining 4 Kg matar and cook
- Add kasuri methi and mix
