Ingredients

  • Matar - 14 Kg
  • Potato - 8 Kg
  • Onion - 4 Kg
  • Tomato - 5 Kg
  • Kasuri Methi - 200 gms
  • Dhaniya powder - 200 gms
  • Jeera - 150 gms
  • Ginger - 300 gms
  • Green chillies - 200 gms
  • Kothmbir - 1 Big
  • Aamchur powder - 50 gms
  • Sarson ka Tel - 3 Lt

Preparation

  • Cut potato to small pieces and fry
  • Grind 10 Kg matar to paste
  • Heat oil, saute grinded matar, cook till matar releases oil and keep aside
  • Heat oil, add jeera and saute
  • Add ginger + green chillies paste + kothmbir and saute
  • Add onion and saute
  • Add tomato and cook
  • Add salt, haldi, hing, dhaniya powder and mix
  • Add fried potatoes and mix
  • Add grinded matar and cook
  • Add water as needed and cook
  • Add chilli powder, aamchur powder and cook
  • Add remaining 4 Kg matar and cook
  • Add kasuri methi and mix
