Ingredients

  • Bhakri - 150
  • Palak - 8 Kg
  • Aloo - 7 Kg
  • Onion - 4 Kg
  • Tomato - 4 Kg
  • Garlic - 500 gms
  • Ginger - 250 gms
  • Corriander - 1 Big
  • Green chillies - 200 gms
  • Jeera - 200 gms
  • Dhaniya powder - 200 gms
  • Jeera powder - 100 gms
  • Hing - 50 gms
  • Chilli powder - 250 gms
  • Ghee - 250 gms

Preparation

  • Heat oil, add jeera, hing and saute
  • Add ginger, garlic, chillies paste and saute
  • Add onion and saute till transparent
  • Add tomatoes and saute
  • Add dhaniya powder, jeera powder, chilli powder, salt and mix
  • Add besan and mix
  • Add water as needed and cook
  • Add palak and cook
  • Add cooked potatoes and mix
  • Add ghee and mix
  • Add corriander leaves and mix
