- Green chillies - 200 gms
- Jeera - 200 gms
- Dhaniya powder - 200 gms
- Jeera powder - 100 gms
- Hing - 50 gms
- Chilli powder - 250 gms
- Ghee - 250 gms
Preparation
- Heat oil, add jeera, hing and saute
- Add ginger, garlic, chillies paste and saute
- Add onion and saute till transparent
- Add tomatoes and saute
- Add dhaniya powder, jeera powder, chilli powder, salt and mix
- Add besan and mix
- Add water as needed and cook
- Add palak and cook
- Add cooked potatoes and mix
- Add ghee and mix
- Add corriander leaves and mix
