Ingredients

  • Milk - 35 Lt
  • Rice - 3 Kg
  • Sugar - 6 Kg
  • Kaju - 500 gms
  • Badam - 500 gms
  • Ghee - 0.5 Kg
  • Chiraunji - 150 gms
  • Atta - 7 Kg
  • Besan - 0.5 Kg
  • Ajwain - 50 gms
  • Jeera - 50 gms
  • Mirchi powder - 100 gms

Preparation

Kheer

  • Saute kaju, badam in ghee and keep aside
  • Heat milk on low flame
  • When milk boils add rice ( soaked in water for around 1 hr)
  • When rice is almost cooked, add sugar and mix
  • Add chiraunji and mix
  • When milk thickens, add above dry fruits and mix

Masala Puri

  • Mix atta, besan, ajwain, salt and chilli powder.
  • Add water and keep mixing to make firm dough
  • Add oil and knead till smooth
  • Divide into small balls and roll out into 3-4 inch round using oiled board
  • Fry
