Ingredients

  • Onion - 15 Kg
  • Tomato - 6 Kg
  • Saunf - 100 gms
  • Jeera - 100 gms
  • Rai - 100 gms
  • Dhaniya Powder - 200 gms
  • kacchi ghani tel - 2 lt
  • Dahi - 4 Kg
  • Ginger - 250 gms
  • Garlic - 250 gms
  • Green chillies - 200 gms
  • Kasuri methi - 100 gms
  • Garam masala - 50 gms

Preparation

  • Slit onions in a cross
  • In a vessel, heat oil and wait till it gets heated
  • Add rai and wait till splutter
  • Add jeera, saunf and saute
  • Add green chillies, ginger and garlic paste
  • Add tomato puree and cook
  • Add salt, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, chilli powder and mix
  • After tomato puree get cooked, lower flame, add curd and mix
  • Add water and cook
  • Add onions and cook and on low flame
  • Add kasur methi, garam masala, puliyohare powder, aamchur powder and mix
