Ingredients
- Potato - 19 Kg
- Onion - 4 Kg
- Curd - 15 Kg
- Black pepper - 100 gms
- Jeera - 200 gms
- Akka dhaniya - 100 gms
- Dhaniya powder - 100 gms
- Saunf - 100 gms
- Green chillies - 100 gms
- Ghee - 1 Kg
- Kothmbir - 1 big
- Kasuri Methi
Preparation
- Mix curd with haldi, salt, dhaniya powder, chilli powder
- Cut potato into medium pieces, boil 50% and fry 50%
- Coarsely crush black pepper, akka dhaniya, saunf
- In a vessel, heat oil, add ghee
- Add jeera, above crushed powder and saute
- Add green chillies and saute
- Add onion and saute
- Add little besan and saute
- Add above curd mixture and keep mixing
- Cook till boil, then add potatoes and cook a little
- Add kasuri methi, kothmbir and mix
