Ingredients

  • Potato - 19 Kg
  • Onion - 4 Kg
  • Curd - 15 Kg
  • Black pepper - 100 gms
  • Jeera - 200 gms
  • Akka dhaniya - 100 gms
  • Dhaniya powder - 100 gms
  • Saunf - 100 gms
  • Green chillies - 100 gms
  • Ghee - 1 Kg
  • Kothmbir - 1 big
  • Kasuri Methi

Preparation

  • Mix curd with haldi, salt, dhaniya powder, chilli powder
  • Cut potato into medium pieces, boil 50% and fry 50%
  • Coarsely crush black pepper, akka dhaniya, saunf
  • In a vessel, heat oil, add ghee
  • Add jeera, above crushed powder and saute
  • Add green chillies and saute
  • Add onion and saute
  • Add little besan and saute
  • Add above curd mixture and keep mixing
  • Cook till boil, then add potatoes and cook a little
  • Add kasuri methi, kothmbir and mix
