Ingredients
- Raw cut kathal - 12 Kg
- Onion - 6 kg
- Tomato - 4 Kg
- Ghee - 2 kg
- Curd - 5 Kg
- Dalchini - 100 gms
- Ginger - 300 gms
- Garlic - 300 gms
- Mirchi - 150 gms
- Saunf - 200 gms
- Shah jeera - 100 gms
- Dhaniya powder - 200 gms
- Jeera Powder - 100 gms
- Mirchi Powder - 150 gms
- Meat Masala - 300 gms
- Bay Leaves
- Kothmbir - 1
Preparation
- Cut kathal into small pieces.
- Heat water, add salt, turmeric and add kathal.
- Bring to boil and stop, remove kathal and keep aside
- Heat oil and fry kathal
- In another vessel, heat ghee, bay leaves, jeera, shah jeera, dalchini, garlic, ginger, mirchi, saunf and saute
- Add onions and saute
- Add turmeric, dhaniya powder, jeera powder and saute
- Add tomato puree and mix
- Add mirchi powder and mix
- Add curd and mix
- Add fried kathal and cook
- Add kothmbir and mix
