Ingredients

  • Raw cut kathal - 12 Kg
  • Onion - 6 kg
  • Tomato - 4 Kg
  • Ghee - 2 kg
  • Curd - 5 Kg
  • Dalchini - 100 gms
  • Ginger - 300 gms
  • Garlic - 300 gms
  • Mirchi - 150 gms
  • Saunf - 200 gms
  • Shah jeera - 100 gms
  • Dhaniya powder - 200 gms
  • Jeera Powder - 100 gms
  • Mirchi Powder - 150 gms
  • Meat Masala - 300 gms
  • Bay Leaves
  • Kothmbir - 1

Preparation

  • Cut kathal into small pieces. 
  • Heat water, add salt, turmeric and add kathal.
  • Bring to boil and stop, remove kathal and keep aside
  • Heat oil and fry kathal
  • In another vessel, heat ghee, bay leaves, jeera, shah jeera, dalchini, garlic, ginger, mirchi, saunf and saute
  • Add onions and saute
  • Add turmeric, dhaniya powder, jeera powder and saute
  • Add tomato puree and mix
  • Add mirchi powder and mix
  • Add curd and mix
  • Add fried kathal and cook
  • Add kothmbir and mix
