Ingredients
- Penne Pasta - 8 Kg
- Spinach - 16 Big
- Onion - 3 Kg
- Milk - 10 Lt
- Cream - 4 Lt
- Cheese - 2 Kg
- Butter - 1 Kg
- Maida - 100 gms
- Garlic - 200 gms
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 50 gms
- Oregano - 50 gms
- Chilli flakes - 50 gms
- Pepper powder - 100 gms
- Salt, Oil
- Ghee - 4 Kg
- Atta - 4 Kg
- Badam - 750 gms
- Jaggery powder - 3 Kg
Preparation
- Boil water, add salt, oil and pasta
- Cook pasta till al dente.
- In another vessel, add butter and heat
- Add garlic and saute
- Add onion and saute
- Add maida slowly and keep stirring so that there are no lumps
- Add milk and continue stirring
- Add ginger garlic paste
- Add spinach and cook
- Add salt, oregano, pepper powder, chilli flakes and mix
- Add cream and mix
- Add pasta and mix and finally add cheese
Sukhdi
- Heat ghee
- Add atta slowly and keep roasting
- Add jaggery powder and mix
- Spread on plate
- Cool and cut into pieces
