Ingredients

  • Rajma - 6 Kg
  • Potato - 14 Kg
  • Methi - 4 big
  • Onion - 4 Kg
  • Tomato - 6 Kg
  • Aamchur powder - 100 gms
  • Jeera - 200 gms
  • Chillies - 200 gms
  • Ginger - 250 gms
  • Kothmbir - 1 big
  • Ghee - 1 Kg
  • Nylon Sev - 1 Kg

Preparation

  • Soak Rajma in water for 12 hours
  • In a vessel, heat water and add rajma, salt
  • Boil potatoes and remove skin
  • Grind chillies, ginger to paste
  • Mix with rajma, potatoes, tomatoes and onions 
  • In a vessel, heat ghee
  • Add jeera and saute
  • Add methi and saute
  • Mix with rajma etc
  • Add salt, aamchur powder and mix
  • Add kothmbir and mix
  • Sprinkle nylon sev
