Ingredients
- Spring roll sheets - 200 ( 8" x 8" )
- Cabbage - 5 Kg
- Carrot - 4 Kg
- Capsicum - 3 Kg
- Spring Onion - 1 Kg
- Soya sauce thick - 1 Lt
- Chilli sauce - 1 Lt
- Pepper powder - 100 gms
- Garlic - 250 gms
- Ginger - 200 gms
- Vinegar - 200 ml
- Maida - 0.5 Kg
Preparation
- Cut carrot, capsicum, cabbage into julians
- Heat oil, add ginger, garlic, spring onions, carrot, capsicum, cabbage and saute
- Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, pepper powder, vinegar and saute
- Make paste by mixing maida and water to wrap and stick spring roll
- Add above mixture to sheet and roll by applying maida paste for sticking
