Ingredients
- Chawli - 4 kg
- Black chana - 4 kg
- Chole - 3 kg
- Green Moong - 1 Kg
- Potato - 4 kg
- Onion - 3 kg
- Corn - 2 kg
- Geen Peas - 2 kg
- Tomato - 2 kg
- Red chilli sauce - 1 Lt
- Tamarind chutney - 500 ml
- Ready corn bhel - 1 kg
- Puri - 1 kg
- Ginger - 100 gms

Preparation
- Soak chawli, black chana, green moong and chole for 3 - 4 hours
- Boil them separately.
- Remove water from sprouts
- Saute ginger and mix sprouts
- Mix with onion, corn, tomato, tamrind chutney, red chilli sauce, green peas, coconut and corn bhel
- Add puri and serve
