Ingredients

  • Potato - 8 Kg
  • Atta - 7 Kg
  • Green peas - 2 Kg
  • Ghee - 1 Kg
  • Onion - 4 Kg
  • Tomato - 3 Kg
  • Mirchi - 200 gms
  • Ginger - 200 gms
  • Kothmbir - 1 Big
  • Lemons - 6 big

Preparation

  • Boil Potatoes
  • In a vessel, heat oil and add jeera
  • Then add ginger and chillies
  • Saute and then add onion
  • Add haldi, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, chilli powder and mix
  • Then add green peas mix till green peas are cooked
  • Add potatoes and mix
  • Add lime juice and mix
  • Add Kothmbir and mix
  • On hot chapati, add ghee, then aloo bhaji and roll
