- Potato - 8 Kg
- Atta - 7 Kg
- Green peas - 2 Kg
- Ghee - 1 Kg
- Onion - 4 Kg
- Tomato - 3 Kg
- Mirchi - 200 gms
- Ginger - 200 gms
- Kothmbir - 1 Big
- Lemons - 6 big
Preparation
- Boil Potatoes
- In a vessel, heat oil and add jeera
- Then add ginger and chillies
- Saute and then add onion
- Add haldi, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, chilli powder and mix
- Then add green peas mix till green peas are cooked
- Add potatoes and mix
- Add lime juice and mix
- Add Kothmbir and mix
- On hot chapati, add ghee, then aloo bhaji and roll
