Chukauni + Bun

Ingredients

• Potato - 8 Kg
• Mushroom - 4 Kg
• Soya - 1 Kg
• Tomato - 1.5 Kg
• Onion - 5 Kg
• Curd - 7 Kg
• Kothmbir - 1 Big
• Kasuri Methi - 100 gms
• Chillies - 300 gms
• Methi seeds - 100 gms
• Jeera - 100 gms
• Rai - 100 gms
• Lemon - 10 big
• Mustard oil - 1 Lt
• Pepper powder - 100 gms
• Aamchur powder - 100 gms
• Bun - 100

Preparation

• Boil Potatoes
• Boil soya with salt
• Heat mustard oil, add rai and wait till splutter
• Add methi seeds, jeera and saute
• Add onions and saute till light brown
• Add turmeric, salt, chilli powder and mix
• Add tomatoes and mix
• Add soya and cook
• Add mushroom and saute
• Add kasuri methi and mix
• Switch off gas, add potatoes, pepper powder, aamchur powder, green chillies, kothmbir and mix
• Add curd and mix
