- Tomato - 4 Kg
- Capsicum - 3 Kg

- Kasoori Methi - 200 gms
- Jeera powder - 100 gms
- Corriander powder - 200 gms
- Jeera - 100 gms
- Soanp - 50 gms
- Garlic - 200 gms
- Ginger - 200 gms
- Green chillies - 100 gms
- Kothmbir - 1 small
- Kaju - 250 gms
- Haldi - 100 gms
- Rai - 100 gms
- Aamchur powder - 200 gms

Preparation
- Mash tofu
- Grind soft tofu and cashew to paste
- Mash chillies, garlic, ginger, kothmbir
- Heat oil, add rai and wait till it splutters
- Add jeera, soanp and saute
- Add mashed chillies, garlic, ginger and saute
- Add onion and saute till onion turns translucent
- Add haldi and mix
- Add tomatoes and saute
- Add salt, jeera powder, corriander powder, darbari masala and mix
- Add cashew paste and mix
- Add butter and mix
- Add tofu and mix
- Add aamchur powder, kasoori methi and mix
