Ingredients
- Mayo - 750 gms
- Feta Cheese - 1 Kg
- Butter - 1 Kg
- Cabbage - 3 kg
- Carrot - 3 Kg
- Capsicum - 2 Kg
- Onion - 2 Kg
- Black Pepper - 100 gms
- Bread - 200 slice
Preparation
- Slice onions, cabbage, simla mirch and grate carrots finely
- Squeeze water out of the mix
- Add mayonnaise to the mix along with black pepper
- Take brown bread, fill it with the mix and sprinkle feta cheese generously
- Toast/Grill thr sandwiches as per wish
