Ingredients

  • Maida - 4 kg
  • Curd - 5 Kg
  • Coconut - 10 ( 4 for bajii + 6 for chutney )
  • Baking Soda - 60 gms
  • Green Chillies - 250 gms
  • Ginger - 200 gms
  • Corriander - 3 Big
  • Pudina - 2 Big
  • Hing - 50 gms
  • Kadipatta - few
  • Jeera - 200 gms
  • Chutney Chana - 300 gms
  • Shengana - 250 gms
  • Tamrind - 500 gms
     

Preparation

  • Mix maida, green chillies, soda, corriander, hing, kadipatta, coconut, salt and little sugar
  • Keep adding curd as needed and keep mixing
  • Keep beating for some time, consistency should be semi solid
  • Keep aside for 2 hours
  • Make small balls and fry
  • For chutney, grind green chillies, coconut, ginger, corriander, pudina, chutney chana, shengana, tamrind, salt and little sugar along with water.
