Ingredients

  • Hakka Noodles - 8 Kg
  • Garlic - 300 gms
  • Light green chillies - 200 gms
  • Thai Red Paste - 3 Kg
  • Peanut Butter - 1 Kg
  • Mushroom - 3 Kg
  • Bell Peppers (Red + Green + Yellow) - 3 Kg
  • Bokchoy Leaves - 0.5 Kg
  • Salted Peanuts - 1 Kg
  • Coconut Milk - 7 Lt
  • Brocoli - 3 Kg

Preparation

  • Boil water, add salt and oil
  • Switch off flame, add noodles and keep covered for 6 mins
  • Remove noodles, cool with cold water and keep aside
  • In another vessel, heat oil
  • Add chopped garlic and saute
  • Add green chillies and saute
  • Add brocoli and saute
  • Add bell peppers and saute
  • Add thai red paste and water and mix
  • Add peanut butter and mix
  • Add coconut milk and mix
  • Add mushroom, bokchoy leaves and mix
  • Add water as needed and bring to boil
  • Add noodles and mix
  • Sprinkle peanuts on top
