Ingredients

  • Aloo - 8 Kg
  • Capsicum - 4 kg (green + red + yellow)
  • Spring onion - 2 Kg
  • Garlic - 300 gms
  • Onion - 4 Kg
  • Paneer - 7 Kg
  • Mushroom - 4 Kg
  • Carrot - 3 Kg
  • Corn - 4 Kg
  • Broccoli - 5 Kg
  • Mutter - 2 Kg
  • Lemon -  25
  • Butter - 1 Kg
  • Pepper powder - 100 gms
  • Soya sauce - 100 ml
  • White til - 150 gms
  • Ginger - 250 gms
  • Green chilly - 100 gms

Preparation

  • Saute potatoes or almost deep fry and keep aside. Add salt
  • Saute carrot, add salt and keep aside
  • Saute broccoli, add salt and keep aside
  • Saute mushroom, add salt and keep aside
  • Saute capsicum, add salt and keep aside
  • Saute spring onion, add salt and keep aside
  • Mix cornflour, chilli powder, salt and water to make thick batter
  • Dip paneer in batter and fry. Add salt and keep aside
  • In a vessel, boil water, add corn and green peas and cook
  • In a vessel, heat butter, add white til, green chilly, garlic, ginger and saute
  • Add more butter and heat. Add onions and saute
  • Add pepper powder, soya sauce and mix 
  • Add all vegetables and mix
  • Add lemon and mix
