Ingredients
- Onion - 2Kg
- Corn - 3 Kg
- Capsicum - 4 Kg (mix red + green + yellow)
- Carrot - 3 Kg
- Cheese - 2 Kg
- Butter - 1.5 Kg
- Cornflour - 100 gms
- Milk - 2 Lt
- Cream - 1 Kg
- Oregano - 50 gms
Preparation
- Heat oil in a vessel
- Add butter
- Add onion and saute
- After onions turn translucent, add carrots and let it cook
- After carrots are 80% cooked, add salt more butter
- Add raw macaroni and saute
- After macaroni is sauted with butter and heated for some time, add water to cook macaroni
- Add milk and fresh cream
- Add oregano and mix
- Add capsicum and mix
- After macaroni is 80% cooked, add cheese and mix
