Ingredients
- Rice - 7 Kg
- Baby Corn - 2 Kg
- Cabbage - 3 Kg
- Mushroom - 3 Kg
- Corn - 2 Kg
- Spring Onion - 5 jodi
- Kashmiri Chilly - 400 gms
- Ginger - 250 gms
- Garlic - 250 gms
- Rice flour - 250 gms
- Tomato Ketchup - 2 Lt
- Soya sauce - little
- Vinegar - little
Preparation
- Add water to rice flour to make slurry
- Grind kashmiri chilly, ginger, garlic, slurry, salt and little sugar to coarse paste
- Cook Rice
- In another vessel, heat oil, add garlic and saute
- Add baby corn and saute
- Add corn and saute
- Add mushroom and saute
- Add salt and mix
- Soak cabbage in salt water for some time and then remove all water
- Add vinegar, soya sauce, tomato ketchup to cabbage and keep aside
- In another vessel, heat oil, add above grinded paste and saute
- Add rice and mix
- Add above vegetables and mix, switch off gas
- Finally add cabbage, spring onion and mix
